Cancelling a booking

To cancel, contact us by phone, WhatsApp, email or at our office with your booking code. A cancellation is effective from the time we receive it.

Refund amounts

We refund the amount you paid minus (a) charges kept by airlines, hotels, transport operators, embassies or other suppliers under their own rules, (b) visa fees and visa service charges for applications already submitted, and (c) our service charge for work already done. We will show you the deductions in writing.

Car hire cancellations

Car hire cancelled more than 24 hours before pickup is refunded in full. Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup, or no-shows, may be charged up to the advance paid.

If we cancel

If we have to cancel a service, you can choose a full refund of the amount paid for that service or an alternative of similar value.

How and when refunds are paid

Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days of approval. Online payments are refunded to the original payment method through Razorpay; banks may take a further 5–7 working days to credit it. UPI, bank and cash payments are refunded by bank transfer to your account.
