How our services are delivered

Hossain Travels provides travel services; we do not ship physical goods.

Confirmation

After you book, our team contacts you on the mobile number you gave, usually within one working day, to confirm details and the final price.

Tickets, vouchers and visas

Flight e-tickets, hotel vouchers and tour itineraries are sent by WhatsApp and/or email, normally within 24 hours of full payment for confirmed bookings. Visa outcomes depend on the embassy's processing time, which we tell you when you apply; passports and documents can be collected from our office or returned as agreed.

Car hire

Driver and vehicle details are shared by WhatsApp or SMS before the pickup time.

Booking status

You can check your booking status at any time on the Track Booking page using your booking code and mobile number.
